If an event doesn't have enough competitors, we may have an "exhibition" so you can show your trick and inspire competitors for next year.

Basic Structure of the Competition
It's a best trick competition. We're only looking for the single best trick in each event. Competitors for each event will all line up on one side of the stage. They will then take turns entering the middle of the stage area and trying to execute the best trick in the event.
Each turn lasts 20 seconds. When your time is up you should be leaving because the next competitor's turn is starting.
There will be 3 rounds with no pause between the rounds. So each competitor gets three turns to try to execute the best trick.

At the end of each event, the judges announce the winner, then on to the next event!

After the last event, custom medals will be awarded to each event winner!
An overall winner for the entire competition will also be announced.

Judging (rules subject to slight changes)
Tricks will be judged in 4 categories: (maximum total score = 10 points)
1. Audience reaction (3 points)
Since this is about excitement, we will consider the crowd reaction. (and we'll take into account if a competitor truly took down the house, or they just brought their extended family to cheer them on.)
2. Difficulty (3 points)
How difficult and risky was the trick?
3. Creativity (2 points)
Is this trick common or is it something totally different from anything I've seen before?
4. Style (2 points)
How cool did the trick look? Was the trick executed with style?

What constitutes a "trick"?
Generally speaking the maximum complexity a trick can have is: starting with some pattern, and then doing some transition to another pattern.
We're not saying that that is what gets the most points. We're just saying we don't want mini-routines here.
That being said, if you do have a sequence of tricks that "flows together" enough to appear to be one unit, the judges may view the whole thing as a single trick.
